At El Vicenç Mindfulness Retreat we want to promote a healthy lifestyle, which is why we have the nutrition consultant, Rosa Rullán and Clínica Morano, to work on a nutritional plan adapted to the season and to our clients.

We consider putting in the hands of these professionals this important purpose for health, as we believe that we share values such as: "Loving yourself is synonymous with taking care of yourself".

Grup Santi Taura, with more than 25 years of experience in the catering sector, is in charge of preparing the recipes advised by our team of nutritionists.

Like our environment, we want to rely on the Mediterranean diet, one of the healthiest in the world for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect.

In our retreats you will be able to enjoy an anti-inflammatory diet that helps us to prevent numerous non-communicable diseases, improve energy and sleep quality, to achieve wellbeing by purifying our body, organism and skin.

Anti-inflammatory and healthy eating

Walking in the countryside, cultivating the mind, physical activity, good hydration and avoiding bad habits are some of the mottos we share with the philosophy of Clínica Morano.

The anti-inflammatory diet is characterised by the intake of a large amount of vegetables, fruit and nuts combined with good quality proteins and fats and anti-inflammatory cereals. It is also rich in fibre, which allows us to purify and eliminate all the toxins that our body does not need, to keep us healthy and clean.
